Besides making to accept some ugly truths of life, this lockdown period of isolation has also made a certain outlook towards life and relationship. 




While some couples might be struggling to make their relationship work, others might be cherishing the time they get to spend with each other.

According to a conversation with some couples, the lockdown has created wonders for their relationship. They said lockdown is proving to be an extended honeymoon. Meanwhile, some couples said their relationship is getting affected in a very negative way. As being in a long-distance relationship is not that easy.

 He said his relationship was started recently like two months back. But suddenly corona pandemic started and due to his work( he is a doctor) and other professional reasons, he was busy; That makes no time for him to talk upon and all these timings issue creates so much fight between. 

Life is being no more a party, the coronavirus has shuttered all the things. People routine, the financial condition of pocket, relationships in the family, and with friends. Somewhere felt lucky to reunite childhood friends on a video call and somewhere felt so unlucky to get a negative impact on personal relations whether with child, couples, parents, and other family members.

This creates a rigor in mind every time, more on this get drained with the crises of business losses during this lockdown period. Corona has affected many lives and living of the people with middle-class wages and who daily work for their food.

Every partner has a valid point of view whether it will be understood by another one or not; a healthy couple conflicts can solve by understanding each other's point of view and try to implement both for some time until the decision should be immediate to take.

Stress can directly increase heart rate and blood flow, and cause the release of cholesterol and triglycerides into the bloodstream.

It has been researched by the doctor sudden emotional stress can cause a heart attack; people with heart problems should avoid acute stress.
 
2.DIABETES




Stress can directly relate to diabetes, the increased stress can directly increase in the blood glucose level in TYPE 2dibeties. Drinking alcohol can also increase glucose levels in the body.

3.HEADACHE


Having long term stress makes your mind think on the same all the time which ultimately makes the body tired and low blood circulation in the brain, cause headaches; not just tension headaches but can also cause migraine. 

4.GET MOVE ON AGEING

It has been evidence that stress can cause affect age. The study showed that stress directly affects body cells and DNA which can ultimately cause harm to genes and increase the production of free radicals which cause aging. 

5.DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

One survey of recent studies found that people who had stress related to their jobs or in lockdown crises-- had an 80 percent chance of higher risk of developing depression in some years than people with lower stress.
