In the contemporary world, the fight to get something valuable, to achieve better than others are now in fashion or can say in routine, meanwhile, one gets separated from the other ones in this race; who before are chief in priority. we keep our success and failures all above. As it is good to have the spirit of competitiveness. 


 

yes, I also agree with you. But, wait and give a second thought to head. What if in all these successes, getting on the height of something, get on the cost of your peace. which build you at the top alone to enjoy that height and view.  

Now you might be thinking, getting success gets you everything you want, but not the bond and the ones who give you a mental peace or can say support, and all of this then leads to loneliness and proceed with depression. 



WHAT WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION SAYS ABOUT DEPRESSION? 

According to the WHO statement, more than 300 people are being suffered from mental health problems called Depression, and approximately an average 18% plus people are unknowingly taking part every year in this number with a serious mental issue.  


The day celebrates together on 7 April, which means by DEPRESSION: LET'S TALK ... 

lead by WHO.  

which tells,   

Talk to the people, say them what your feelings are, and about your mental weakness, the day celebrates all over the globe in the form to support the one with depression, and others who are on the edge of getting suffer both support each other together. 




DO YOU KNOW HOW YOU LOOK WHEN YOU OR OTHER PERSON ARE DEPRESSED? 

Sometimes what happens is, the person who is sufferer tries to hide himself out of the shame what others would feel for them or some might don't know whether they are suffering from it or not.  



to check to know you are suffering by: - 

these might be some symptoms in the person,  

* appetite changes. 

* forced happiness.

* sleeping for long or might not take asleep. 

* wrong thoughts and feelings of suicide. 

* want to be at the side of others. 

* dislike public gatherings. 

* low self-steam.  

* less optimistic than there collogues. 

* always angry or in irritation with something or another, 

* less concentrated.  

I want you to think about all these parameters and try recall with your life schedule, if more or less every day you feel the same above parameter's and still you did nothing then, you might be the one suffering from. 


 

WHAT IF YOU ARE DEPRESSED? 

This means that all the above parameters for you get a positive result then, what?  
Then, simply means good news that you come to know that you are in line to get depressed which a lot more people do not even know that they are.  
so, keep aside, all these feelings from your side and try getting indulge with the new hobbies, do meditation, yoga, morning walk, try talking with new people, develop new creativity, add value to life and also importantly get to your doctor if you still cannot resist yourself from feeling down. 
 



WHAT IF NO ONE THEIR FOR YOU TO HELP? 

If you are experiencing the feeling of loneliness, disappointment, anger, irritability, and find no one around to help you.  
Then, I want you to wider your zone to indulge more people with you get on social media try talking new people, visit old age or orphanage home, try getting into new habits and develop new hobbies like reading, writing, painting and many more like, try doing some social work, visit the hill area and enjoy nature.

See Depression is nothing, like nothing it's not the disease that remains lifelong its more or less like a fever or any other cold or illness, everyone experiences some ups and downs in life.  

It's completely treatable or curable, what you need is a strong mindset to get over the things and build yourself from the stretch and get up like a phoenix.
