heaxuronic acid then renamed as Ascorbic acid/ vitamin c, this compound is then given to a deficient animal shows the equivalent results as a normal animal.

ABSORPTION OF VITAMIN C

vitamin c is considered as the most important vitamin for the human body, without it humans can die. Having vitamin c in diet can lead to 80% absorption of it through the intestine and reaches to blood within 24 hours. however dose above 1g/ml reduces the absorption of vitamin to 50% in the body, remaining get excreted out in urine from the body.

WHY MY BODY NOT ABSORBING VITAMIN C?

As long as the human body consumes vitamin c then the daily body requirement of the body is getting complete as it can not be stored in the body so get excreted out in the urine.
